UK Delivery
Prices
For all orders to UK (mainland) destinations with a total value over £250 delivery is free! For orders between £10 and £249.99 delivery is £10+VAT. For orders under £10 delivery is £2.50+VAT.
Delivery times
Standard Delivery Service. Delivery time for Tentipi’s range of Adventure tents and accessories is 2-3 days, if we have the item In Stock in our UK warehouse. If the item is not in stock in our UK warehouse, but there is Stock Available, a lead-time of approximately 2-3 weeks is required.
Express Delivery Service. If you need your order in a hurry, we can arrange express delivery using one of our reliable couriers. Express delivery will be charged at the same price as quoted by the courier. Please contact us if you require this service.
Who we Use
For our standard UK deliveries we use Despatch Bay who work in association with DHL.
They provide a superb service from collection to delivery and have always proved to be 100% secure and reliable.
All delivery times are subject to confirmation at the time of placing your order.
International Delivery
We welcome international customers outside UK Mainland.
We will calculate a delivery charge based on your location and specific volume/weight of the item you order. We will then obtain a quote from an international shipping company, usually Fed Ex, DHL or UPS. Once we have a quote from them we will let you know the delivery cost before you commit to making your purchase.
Delivery times can vary but, generally items shipped to most countries in the world arrive in 1 week of despatch.
Important Note
In the event of any delivery by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier. Liability in such cases is limited to the value of those items, which are shown to have not been received by the customer.
